3 acre recreation area located at Second and Summit Streets is a passive area with a variety of black walnut, norway maple, white pine, dogwood, beech, sweetgum, hemlock and cherry trees and pathways and benches to enjoy.
Located at 332-334 Shearer Street it is a playground developed for the use of small children with equipment designed for ages 8 and under.
Located at Parkside Place north of the Borough on Sumneytown Pike. Operated by the Nor-Gwyn Pool Commission, the Lions Club and Upper Gwynedd Township. Membership applications are available at the Borough office or at the pool office during the summer season.
Located at Second Street & Prospect Avenue is a tennis court area open to the public seven days a week. Park closes at dusk.
Located at Ninth & Church Streets is part of the Dodsworth Run watershed. Currently the Borough is working on a stormwater landscape plan involving a broad spectrum of environmental enhancement.
1.44 acres of natural area to be developed as an environmental site.
11,000 square foot open area used by local children for baseball games. Future plans include benches and plantings around the open area.
"A Child's Garden" developed by local children with brick walking path, plantings and benches.
Offers softball for all ages 6 to 16, baseball ages 7 thru adult. Baseball offers T-ball. Programs for girls and boys begin in April. For registration information contact George Wicks 610-584-9169.
